With luxurious homes, beautiful recreational trails, and one-of-a-kind restaurants and shops, Chaplin Estates has it all.
The homes
Chaplin Estates’ real estate is some of the most charming in all of the city. The English Cottage, Tudor, and Georgian style homes were almost all built in the mid-1920s and early1930s. Single-family detached houses are the most common type of real estate in this neighbourhood.
The schools
There are six schools in the Chaplin Estates neighbourhood, two of which are the highly regarded private schools Bishop Strachan School and Upper Canada College. The four public schools include Oriole Park Junior Public School, Hodgson Senior Public School, St.Clements Public School, and North Toronto Collegiate Institute.
The amenities
For a cozy coffee experience, Rachel’s Coffee House on Yonge Street has a perfect atmosphere for treats and drinks. When dinner time comes around, Echo Sushi isn’t far to travel for a deliciously filling all-you-can-eat meal.
