87 sales ↑ 34% YoY | Avg. Price: $1,497,333 ↑ 4.4%

682 sales ↑ 3% YoY | Avg. Price: $785,990 ↓ 1.4%
32 DOM | 97% sale-to-list

📍Activity is up month-over-month, and semi-detached homes in particular are drawing attention. Days on market are longer, giving buyers more space to make thoughtful decisions.
