It depends.

A client who knows Toronto, understands pricing, and is realistic about trade-offs may need very few.

A client who is relocating, adjusting expectations, or comparing everything to what they’ve seen online will need more time.

In most cases, it takes:
5–7 showings to understand the market
10–12 to recognize patterns
15+ and decisions start to feel less clear, not more

What matters is not the number of showings. It’s whether each one brings clarity.

Are we getting closer to a decision or just repeating the same uncertainty?

If a client is prepared, serious, and needs more exposure to make a confident decision, we continue.
