I had a pleasure to work with a family who was relocating to Toronto this February. These clients were not very much familiar with Toronto neighbourhoods and asked me some assistance in selecting a neighbourhood and a type of a home. With their budget in mind I suggested a few areas which would meet this family’s criteria:

- WALKING DISTANCE TO A SUBWAY STATION
- FAMILY FRIENDLY AND SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD
As for the house type – we decided to be open and to consider detached houses, semi-detached houses and row-townhouses. I arranged daily updates for new listings and the search has started. As my clients lived far away they trusted my opinion on the properties and areas. I drove around the houses they liked and toured the properties with video calls on WhatsApp.
After a little over 10 days we managed to find a nice townhome (we called it a New York Style home) in Central Toronto in one of the best neighbourhoods of the city. The market is very competitive in Toronto with high demand and low supply. So no wonder that we had to compete with 7 other offers. We won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
